- Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Safety and security are our top priorities when it comes to storage. With that in mind, please leave out any liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, illegal items and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
- What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to easily access items so that you can reach what you need when you need it. Always keep items labeled and a list of items in your unit.

- Do I need my own lock?
No, we provide a lock for you free of charge. We've got everything you need to make your storage journey simple and easy.
- How do I cancel my lease?
Just call or contact us any time within 10 days to place a cancellation request. We make the process easy, and you’ll always be welcomed back with open arms.
- How do I pay, and what methods are available?
We make it very simple and easy: all payments are made with the card you have on file, which we'll help you set up from the beginning. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
- What else do you provide for on-site services?
We've got everything you need to succeed! That includes moving truck rentals, storage and moving supplies, packaging and boxes, bubble wrap, tape, pens, mattress covers, and anything else you could wish for your Fayetteville storage journey.
- What are your discounts?
We offer a 10% military discount as a salute for all active duty service members. It's our way of saying thank you for your dedication and service.
- What happens if my plans or dates change?
No worries! We understand life can be unpredictable and things come up. We're at your disposal, and we are more than happy to accommodate your reservation; just give us a call and let us know.
- What notice period do I need to give to cancel?
To cancel, just give a heads up with a 10 day notice!
- What happens if my card on file gets declined?
If your card is declined, we'll let you know ASAP to resolve the issue. If we can't get a hold of you, we'll keep trying to contact you for 30 days, after which your unit will be in auction status.
- When can I access my unit?
Get unlimited access to your Fayetteville storage unit from 6am to 10 pm every day.
